SWEET WILLIAM was bought many years ago for me to event and hunt. He has 1 BE point and won his first affiliated event. He has been off work for over a year after a disagreement between him and a ditch out hunting on 1/1/04.
Having escaped a bullet, (we thought that he had broken his leg) he is now back in work and has started pole work. He doesn’t have the talent for show jumping that he has for eventing, but he is our family’s pet, and all being well (we don’t know if he will stay sound) I hope he will be back eventing in the autumn.
